International DHL shipping

Berelot ships eligible orders internationally using DHL. Shipping availability depends on destination, address type, product dimensions and any carrier restrictions that apply.

Estimated transit times after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Customs review, remote-area routing, carrier disruption, severe weather or local delivery conditions can extend transit time.

Free shipping

Berelot currently offers free standard DHL shipping to eligible addresses in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, subject to destination and carrier eligibility.

PO Boxes and certain island or remote destinations are not eligible for this free-shipping service.

Destinations we do not currently serve

Berelot does not currently ship to PO Boxes, Russia, Pakistan, countries in Africa, or certain island and remote destinations where reliable DHL delivery cannot be offered.

Duties, tariffs and import taxes

United States: Berelot handles applicable tariff and customs charges for eligible orders shipped to customers in the United States.

All other destinations: customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage or other destination-country charges unless the checkout or a written quotation expressly states otherwise.

Except where Berelot expressly states that duties or customs charges are included, free shipping refers to the transportation charge only and does not include destination-country import taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage or similar charges. For eligible orders shipped to the United States, applicable tariff and customs charges are handled by Berelot as stated above.

Tracking and delivery

When a shipment is dispatched, available DHL tracking information is provided to the customer using the order contact details supplied at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address. If an address needs to be corrected before dispatch, contact Berelot as soon as possible.
