Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Berelot ships internationally using DHL.

Who pays customs duties?

For customers in the United States, Berelot is responsible for
applicable import tariffs and customs charges associated with the
shipment.

Customers in other countries are responsible for customs duties,
import taxes, VAT and other destination-country charges unless
specifically stated otherwise.

Can I return my order?

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact Berelot before sending any item back.

Who pays return shipping?

If the product has arrived safely and the buyer wishes to return it
because it is not wanted or is not suitable, the buyer is responsible
for return shipping.

Is there a restocking charge?

Yes. If an eligible standard product arrives safely and materially as described and is returned because the customer has changed their mind, a 15% restocking charge is deducted from the refundable product amount. The customer is also responsible for return shipping. The restocking charge does not apply to an approved transit-damage claim, a materially incorrect item, or where applicable law requires a different remedy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact Berelot promptly and provide clear photographs of the damaged
product and packaging.

Once the damage has been reviewed and confirmed, Berelot will arrange
either a full refund or a replacement depending on availability and
the circumstances of the claim.

Can I cancel an order after it has shipped?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Can I request additional photographs?

Yes. Please contact us and provide the product name or SKU.

Do you accept bulk or business orders?

Yes. Berelot welcomes enquiries from interior designers, architects,
hospitality businesses, retailers, property developers and other
professional buyers.

Please contact us with your required products, quantities, delivery
destination and project details.

Can you supply multiple fixtures?

Availability depends on the individual product. Some designs can be
supplied in larger quantities while other pieces are available only in
limited numbers.

How should antique or vintage lighting be installed?

Electrical requirements vary by fixture and destination. Installation
should be carried out or checked by a qualified electrician.
